Rob Ford
Director
Rob is based in the Richmond office and focuses on the firm's work in the Tasman District. He has over 12 years experience in the surveying and land development industry and specialises in land development in the Tasman District. He has been involved in a number of projects ranging from 2 lot subdivisions to multi-stage greenfield developments.
He is married with 3 children and is a keen cyclist, is a spokesman for Bike Nelson, and is an advocate for a new Velodrome for Nelson. Rob has a professional interest in community sport and recreation projects such as the cycle trails trust.

John Cotton
NZCLS, ANZIS, Director
John has been working in Nelson since 1991 and has considerable experience with a wide variety of tasks relating to land surveying, resource management, GPS surveying, and land development and takes care of surveying and land development projects in Nelson, Marlborough and Buller. His speciality is the preparation of resource consent applications.
He is an enthusiastic yachtsman, an active Rotarian and writes a monthly column for on land development and resource management matters for Nelson Marlborough Farming. John and is married with 2 children.

Engineer
Antje has a Civil Engineering Degree, School of Engineering for Building Industry Neustrelitz, Germany, with 10 years road design experience in Stralsund, Germany and has been with Cotton & Light Ltd since 2003. She is a specialist in subdivision design and e-survey.
